When we buy new sim sometimes we give our alternative number. After few months we stop using our alternative number and a few years later someone else owns that alternative number. But for your sim, the alternative number is still there.
So whenever your cellular networks see that your number is out of reach or phone is switched off. It will forward the call to your alternative number. Which is not yours now, so then someone else picks the call and says "sorry wrong number".
The solution is very simple just dial a USSD code ##002# and press call button. You will receive a notification that “Call forwarding Erasure was successful” That’s it.
This code will stop your all call forwarding made by you or your cellular network company.
This will fix your call forwarding, wrong number, someone else picking the call from other number issues permanently. If your friend facing this persoalan just do the above solution with his mobile.
