They will give you the form and help you to fill it up. You will also write your Unique Port Code in this form.
So after submitting the form they will give you the new Jio Sim with the same number. But it will take 1 week to complete this process. In this period of time you can use your current network but after 1 week you will get disconnected from the current network. Then you can just insert your new jio Sim and enjoy unlimited free calling and cheapest internet data plans.
