First of all open the picture you want to edit in Photoshop.
Then select lasso tool and select the body part you want to increase. Make sure you don’t overlap another body part because it will make it look fake.
Now go to filter and select liquify
After that select bloat tool and press on the image where you want to gain muscle. Don’t press it long because it will make it look fake.
That’s it though you will have to do some retouch up to make it look really fine.
