But it is not safe anyone can break it easily without any tool. if you don't trust me you can just search the term "motorcycle theft" on youtube and you will see many stolen bike. where thief just push the bike handle and the lock breaks easily.
That is why I always prefer some additional protection. which will protect your bike even if you don't lock your bike from your bike key. I have listed few locks and 2 security device GPS tracker and anti-theft alarm. if you can afford you must use at least one security device and any of the lock. After that, no one can even touch your bike.
Disc Lock: If you have a disc brake on your bike then you should use this lock because it will protect your bike better than any other lock. there are two types of lock in this one is normal disc lock and another is disc lock with alarm. I would prefer the disc with alarm because it will raise the siren if someone tries to break the lock.
Shocker Lock: If you have a bike which doesn't have a disc break then you can use this lock. You will have to fix this lock on your front shocker then you can use this lock.
Parking Lock: This is very strong it will protect your bike. you also use this lock on your car. basically, this lock is used for parking in foreign countries for parking. But now it's available in India also on amazon and other e-commerce sites.
GPS Tracker: If you can afford this security device for your bike/scooter or car then you should bike it. Because it will allow you to see real-time location of your bike on mobile and computer. I have listed two GPS tracker one is normal. But another one has many features like fuel cutting, inbuilt battery, water proof etc.
Anti Theft Alarm: This alarm will give your bike extra protection. Because theft can't even move or push your bike even if he tries to break handle this alarm will raise. The alarm is very loud it can annoy anyone to see what is happen in the street. So your bike will not be an easy target for the thief.
Chain Lock: 
It is the easiest method to secure a bike. Just bike a good quality cow chain and lock your bike using the chain with a good quality lock. You can buy these chain from local hardware store.
So whenever you turn on this switch only then you can start the bike with the ignition key or if a thief tries to start by joining the wire below the headlight. the bike will not start because you have cut off the ignition using this switch. you can hide the switch so only you know how to start your bike.
