How to Solve No JiO Signal Problem on Any Device

As we all know JIO is a new telecom operator and become so popular that they already serving data to more than 40 million people. They are still in their testing phase and improving before the official launch. They are still increasing the density of their towers to serve the best service to all users.

They are giving JiO sim for free to test their capacity without losing the quality. A few days back they also started giving JiO sim with preview offer for all 4G supported sim phones. In this offer, all users will get free unlimited 4G data and unlimited free voice calling and unlimited free SMS also.

But some people are facing the no jio signal problem. I also faced this duduk perkara even after successfully complete the Tele-verification. Customer care said that it will take 2 days but I knew none of the sim take that much time to show signal after verification. All SIM operators show network signal right after completing the activation process, so why it happened with jio network? I tried to figure it out and found a simple solution.

How to Fix No Signal on Jio Network

Though you can complete the tele verification via another network sim also but you need the network to access jio unlimited preview offer. So just follow these simple tips and enjoy unlimited jio 4G sim.
  1. First of all  take out other sim if you have dual sim just insert Jio sim on slot number 1
  2. Then restart your phone if you have non-removable battery phone or you can insert sim without turn off the phone.
  3. Now go to settings and set your network type to 4G or LTE

  4. You also have to manually select the network operator if your phone facing duduk perkara automatically.

  5. Just select Jio 4G but if you don't see that then just try selecting any other available networks.
Note: If available networks refuse to register your jio sim try again selecting. Right now all popular networks like Vodafone, Aircel, Airtel, IDEA taking jio as their tough competitor so they might not allow you to register via their network but you will see few more like Loop etc try their network.

Best Solution: Just visit again reliance digital store they will give you new sim when you tell them the signal is not coming. They will give you same number sim and you will get the signal right after they give you. Then just activate your sim and enjoy.

 Alternative method: insert your jio sim in your phone. Now restart your phone and wait one minute. if it is not detecting the Jio network go to phone settings  >> sim management or similar option from where you can just deactivate the jio sim and reactivate it again. Do it until your phone detect the jio network.

If you're still not getting network just dial a code *#*#4636#*#* then turn off the radio and set LTE only for your jio sim and again turn on radio and reboot your device.
Trick No 1: After doing all of the methods if you are not getting the signal. you should just set your phone to airplane mode and after that just set it back to normal.

Trick No 2: Again same problem? that is mean sim is not registering your IMEI number with jio network. Now you have to call to jio customer care and ask them to manually register your IMEI with jio sim. Make sure you know your IMEI number just dial *#06# to see your IMEI number.

How to activate jio sim

Just dial 1977 if your phone support Volte calling. But if not just use any internet or wifi to download JioJoin app and call 1977 from jiojoin app. If you don't have the internet just use another network sim to activate your data plan call to 18008901977.
Suggestion no 1: Your phone might be LTE supported but maybe your ROM is not communicating with hardware. So try to find a different ROM which allows you to use LTE.

Suggestion no 2: Jio getting many requests they are not able to handle that much of application all these applications of new jio sim registration applications in the queue. So it might take 8 to 10 days to get jio signal. I also know people who did nothing but got the signal on the 2nd day. But there are many people who did not get signal initial and they did nothing and got the signal after a week without doing anything. So don't be in a rush relax and wait if above method not working. Because nothing you can do if these tricks are not working other then waiting for at least 10 days.

My brother also got the signal after a week but the guy went with him got signal next day. But make sure you try all these tricks before waiting a week.
