Consider Yahoo Buy Tumblr USD1, 1 Billion Cash!

Since Yahoo held by Marissa Mayer, the company is diligently buy other companies to strengthen its services. Including the desire to acquire Yahoo Tumblr.

Tumblr is not just going to make a scene, because Yahoo is reportedly ready to bid the service with fantastic price, which is equal to $ 1, 1 billion.

As quoted from Cnet, on Saturday (18/05/2013), Yahoo's board of directors will soon meet in this weekend's local time.

According to a source who did not wish to be named said, the meeting will discuss the fantastic purchase and considering to approve it.

Even Yahoo's board of directors also considered to pay USD1 Tumblr, 1 billion in cash. This means that Yahoo will buy no-frills cash options, such as paying with stock.

Marissa is currently struggling to believe that Tumblr is the choice to buy the right decision in accordance with the vision and mission to bring Yahoo into a new direction.

Previous purchases by startup companies in the world of technology giant astonishing happens when Facebook took over Instagram with a value of $ 1 billion in the two forms of payment, cash and stock.
